How Does Delivery Work?

So you have placed your order either online or over the phone and your wondering how delivery might work – especially if its your first Premier Inflate order or your first ever bouncy castle.

With Premier Inflate you will receive a confirmation of your order confirming our current manufacture timeframe – once your order is manufactured we arrange dispatch of the goods with our team and courier company. At this point if you have an outstanding balance we will contact you to arrange payment and dispatch of the goods.

We will then email customers when the pallet has been collected by the courier company. Our courier company is then instructed to contact our customers when the order is with their local depot to arrange delivery with the customer directly – this is because everyone has different availability and as a pallet delivery someone does have to be there to accept delivery. This also helps as customers have a direct contact number to their local depot.

The courier company are also instructed to call an hour before the are going to deliver the goods to make things as easy as possible for you.

The pallet deliveries are kerbside only.
