After the lockdown was announced, I thought , what better way of spending my holiday cancellation money, than buying a bouncy castle for my little granddaughters.
I am their child minder and trying to figure out ways of stopping us all going stir crazy.
All of the staff at Premier inflate were all amazingly patient, helpful and kind despite me being a bit grumpy at times.
They were able to produce the perfect design with Disney Princesses etc.
I could also have had their photos printed on the castle if required.
The bouncy castle arrived today and I couldn't be more delighted.
The art work is fantastic.
I won't be using this castle commercially but I can see it being carted round to every birthday party for my extended family for years to come.
I can't recommend this company enough.

I left Premier Inflate 5 stars for 3 reasons.
First reason is because when I was enquiring about the bouncy castle through email the replies couldn’t have been more informative and they responded quickly within 5-10 mins. I messaged other bouncy castle websites and I’m still waiting on the reply.
Second is because of how fast the delivery was, I ordered a stock item on a Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday.
Third is because the item is for my kids and won’t be commercially used, and so far the quality seems excellent and will hopefully last them a long time.

Would definitely recommend Premier Inflate to anyone. An excellent experience. From our initial enquiry through to delivery, Sam and Natascha were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. What a Fantastic family run business!!! When me and my partner decided to go into hiring inflatables we didnt have a clue where to begin and after speaking to numerous inflatable manufacturers we found that premier inflatables were by far the most helpfull and competative in price. Where do I start I had the idea to start hiring out inflatables 2 years ago with very little money the first company I found was ********* ******* so phoned them explained I was just starting out and had very little money and wanted 1 castle they were that terrible they put the phone down on me while I was still asking questions which put me off a bit I then phoned premier inflate and spoke to the lovely Natasha who spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me knowing I had little money to start out I decided on a combi castle and they got straight to work I even asked for a couple of alterations which was no problem the finished product arrived perfect after sales was as good as presale I am now buying my 8th inflatable from them and have taken delivery of there new design which is amazing it’s a Ferrari castle for a Ford Focus price the artwork is amazing and I’d like to thank Sam Natasha and the team for all there hard work

New to the industry and phoned a few companies for advice and prices. Premier inflate spent the longest answering my questions and was not bothered when at the end I said I need to think about it. Other companies (won’t name them) were to pushy so didn’t get my business. I ordered my units from premier inflate at good prices. Can’t fault the customer service at all. The after sales service also spot on. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Only downside was delivery company damaged one unit it transit but Sam got it back and changed the Pannel. Can not complain at the service so far. Highly recommend any company that puts there hands up and resolves the issue no questions asked. Thank you everyone at premier inflate. Premier inflate are fantastic,answered all my questions and shipping was fast. I have ordered a small castle and large obstacle inflatable from then both fantastic quality. Steps for inflatable were not to my liking as my little bot struggled with them told them and within 5 days they have had a new set of steps sent to me.

Me and my partner looked into the bouncy castle business and the very next day I had registered a company and I was routing for suppliers. I called one manufacturer and the service was horrendous!! 5 minutes later I found Premier inflate! WOW! What a difference. Interested, helpful, insightful and willing to arrange what we needed to get from idea to being a real business at a competitive price and a realistic time. We ordered 2 bouncy castles from them on the spot (frozen and a minions) 15×11 along with all you would need to be ready to go and 4 days shy of the honest time frame given, they were ready to collect with a new safety certificate!
Natascha has been wonderful in keeping us updated. We drove 130 mile round trip to collect where they helped us load the van and Sam gave us yet more advice to help us on our way and since then it has been non stop with the 2 castles which have gone down a storm! Brilliant quality and finish, lovely artwork and the customers love them!!
A few weeks later we had a hire going to a pub where they were going to be on hard standing and realised because both castles were out and we didn’t have enough mats. At 5.15 pm I rang Premier inflate who without hesitation manufactured me 5 for me to collect 2 hours later, the 135 mile round trip again I drove gladly returning home at 9pm!!

We own two bouncy castle companies and currently own 20 bouncy castles, we was after a new castle and thought we might try a new supplier. I researched premier inflate and thought that their castle looked upto a high standard and couldn’t find a negative review. I contacted premier inflate and spoke with Natascha and placed a order for 3 castle. The customer was and the best I have received so far from a castle manufacturer, the castle turned up on the day they quoted on the day of book and was very pleased with the castle and quality.
